Thank you, Dr. Shakila Yasmin mam, Sami Ahmed Bhai, Prof. Sheikh Morshed Jahan Sir, Honorable State Minister Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak, Honorable Chair Syed Ferhat Anwar Sir, Distinguished Guests, Honorable Faculties, my fellow ACMP Friends & our superb ACMP Volunteers!

I’m truly honored & humbled to get the opportunity to share my ACMP journey with everyone here today. And before sharing the experience, I’d like to congratulate my fellow friends from Summer 2020 ACMP 4.0 for successfully completing the advanced program. And I’d like to say thank you to IBA, especially Prof. Sheikh Morshed Jahan Sir & Prof. Redhwanul Haq Sir being our lifeline for the program along with ICT Division, BCC & LICT to come up with such an eminent initiative.

Ladies & gentlemen, there might be many batches before Summer 2020 in ACMP, but let me say this out loud, we are not the same. The experience we get to had, having the pandemic as new normal, ACMP classes with an unavoidable work-life plus societal balance were simply unparalleled.

I can still remember the first classes of ACMP on Monday, 22nd June by two Noman Sirs, Rashed Noman sir with Technology 4.0 and Saif Noman Sir with Business Communication. And after the classes, my action points from the classes were to start watching the “Outlander” series to understand the industrial revolutions & to start working on “work-life integrations” since Saif sir mentioned work-life balance might be the wrong way of approaching the work & life altogether, cause our goal is to get success & excellence. And from those two classes onwards to the last strategy classes there were 1000+ takeaways which not only shifted my approach towards addressing a problem also gave me a newer perspective to get a better solution.

We all know that proficient Mid-level managers are scarce in the IT/ITES industry in Bangladesh. And our government’s commitment to achieving sustainable development goals with growth and competitiveness is truly remarkable.

And, the knowledge & wisdom we get to have from ACMP are incalculable. The schedule often was so tight I remember sometimes having biscuits or chocolate bars for lunch since classes & meetings were one after another; Or rushing for prayers, cause it was a 10 minutes break before the next class.

Even then the effort & dedication towards the program had been unmatched. And I’m sure my fellow friends would agree with me too (especially my two wonderful teammates Reebeka Apu & Nusrat Apu) that how much we appreciate the overall course outline of the ACMP 4.0 program. Not only we learned about advanced Technologies, Business Communication skills, Marketing, HR management, or Business Strategy for Industry 4.0 also we got to learn how we can take our organizations to the next level with the advanced knowledge of Analytics, Finance, Project Management & Supply Chain.

We sure did learn a certain aspect & function of management which will enable us to develop and sharpen our managerial aptitude and decision-making capabilities required for driving organizational growth.

Now, every ending has a new beginning. And with ACMP 4.0, I see Bangladesh one step closer to the Dream of Digital Bangladesh. I believe if we can uphold our learnings from ACMP & can apply it in our organizations we’d be able to make our mark in the global IT competition as a nation, where, in the near future the IT Industry would be able to contribute at least 10–15% in the National Growth overall.

We have a Dollar $5.3 Trillion Global IT markets before us Ladies & gentlemen & I’m dreaming big to get the most out from huge markets portion for the Bangladeshi IT industry with the help of our Govt. & from the collective works from the industry leaders.

And with this big dream, I’ll conclude my speech here, by, congratulating all the successful participants once again and thanking my organization Brain Station 23, for encouraging me & my colleagues to participate in the ACMP program.

I wish everyone good health & prosperity for the coming days.

Have a great day. Stay Safe, Stay Healthy.

Long Live Bangladesh!
